Program Description

Event Details

Enjoy an evening with herbalist Leah Wolfe learning to make herbal infused oils at home. Herbal infused oils add a new dimension to the kitchen by creating bases for salad dressings and cooking oils. Self-care practices are augmented by herbs that support tissues with different herbal actions. Get tips on which oils work well, how to choose herbs and herbal actions, how to process and store infused oils, and how to avoid common mistakes. Leah is an herbalist, forager, and homesteader in NE Ohio where she owns and operates the Trillium Center, an educational project to improve community health through engagement with nature.
