Join Karen Jaynes for one-hour sessions of chair-supported yoga in September, October, and December. Karen will combine the movements and postures of yoga with active daily living practices to create a holistic movement experience.

GMPL offers a selection of equipment listed below in our open Makerspace times.  Equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Users must provide their own materials for most equipment.  All users must take a brief tutorial for the equipment being used and further support may be available upon request.
