Event Details
Join Karen Jaynes for one-hour sessions of chair-supported yoga in January, February, March, and April. Karen will combine the movements and postures of yoga with active daily living practices to create a holistic movement experience. She will begin and end the session with mindfulness and guided breathing practices. Participants will leave feeling present and relaxed and with an increase in mobility. Attendance at all sessions is welcome but please register for each individually.
