Program Description

Event Details

This course will address functional fitness for adults to help increase independence, improve quality of life, improve muscle mass and resilience for longevity. We will work on balance, gait, strength, and power, while having fun!
Please bring light dumbbells, (2 or 3 lbs.) Registration required. Generously sponsored by Read Between the Wines.
