Welcome to Slow Flow Yoga! Bring your own yoga mat or beach towel for a calming one-hour session of Slow Flow Yoga with Jill. In this class, you will focus on breathing & moving with the breath. This class will feature a gentle sequence of movement that is appropriate for all levels. Our pace will encourage relaxation and mind/body connection which makes it ideal for stress relief and increasing flexibility! Registration required. Sponsored by Read Between the Wines.
